You can cancel your order at any stage, either before or after dispatch.

1. Pre-Dispatch (Ready to Ship)

If your order has not been dispatched, you can easily cancel it through the Aayudhata Android App or Website by following these steps:

Steps to Cancel:
Go to Orders → Select the Order → Order Details tab → Click on Cancel Order

2. Post-Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, please contact our Customer Support at +91-7989988500.

  • Cancellation after dispatch is subject to the package being Returned to Origin (RTO).
  • Once the return is confirmed, a refund (for online payments only) will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the returned items at our facility.
  • The entire process typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery partner’s status updates.

How to Initiate a Return?

You can raise a return request within 15 days of delivery via:

  • The Aayudhata App/Website under the “Help with My Orders” section, or
  • By calling Customer Support at +91-7989988500

Steps to Return:
Select the item → Specify Quantity → Choose Reason for Return

Please ensure the product is eligible for return (this will be clearly mentioned on the product page).

Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a pickup within 24–48 hours or on a date suitable for you. We may reach out to verify damages or issues before proceeding.


What Cannot Be Returned?

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened, used, tampered, or damaged products
  • Products with broken seals, missing packaging, or missing accessories/freebies
  • Personal care, baby care, and healthcare devices such as:
    • Glucometers
    • Glucometer strips/lancets
    • Thermometers
    • Oximeters
  • COVID essentials and cold storage products (due to temperature sensitivity)
